Cyber-Physical Systems

Cyber-physical systems (CPS) are networks of physical subsystems, each of which has sensing, communication and computing capabilities. These physical subsystems can share useful information through communication networks to make intelligent decisions. Examples of CPS include power systems, smart cities, smart factories, and intelligent transportation systems. Our group aims at developing novel control and optimization methods to improve the performance and reliability of CPS.
